HOOK MEMBER FOR SHUTTER CURTAIN STOPPER OF SHUTTER DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook member for a shutter curtain stopper that avoids contacting with an edge part of the shutter curtain in a width direction, even when a position of the shutter curtain when wound deviates in the width direction of the shutter curtain.SOLUTION: Both edge parts of a shutter curtain 1 are inserted into a guide rail 3, the shutter curtain being wound around and fed from a winding shaft. At least a part of the shutter curtain 1 is formed by a serially installed plurality of slats 8. A hook member 20 is fitted for preventing fall out of the edge part of the shutter curtain 1 from inside the guide rail 3, by engaging a protrusion 12 of the guide rail 3 on an edge part of at least one slat 8A. A dimension T1 of the hook member 20 in a thickness direction of the shutter curtain 1 equals to or is smaller than a dimension T2 of the slat 8A. Both edge parts of the hook member 20 in a thickness direction do not protrude outward in the thickness direction of the shutter curtain 1 from extended lines N1, N2 from both edges of the slat 8A in the thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】シャッターカーテンが巻取軸に巻き取られたときの位置がカーテン幅方向にずれていても、カーテンの幅方向の端部と接触することを避けることができるシャッターカーテン抜け止め用フック部材を提供すること。【解決手段】巻取軸で巻き取られ、繰り出されるシャッターカーテン１の両端部はガイドレール３の内部に挿入され、カーテン１の少なくとも一部は複数のスラット８の連設で形成され、少なくとも１個のスラット８Ａの端部に、ガイドレール３の突起部１２に係止することでガイドレール３の内部からのカーテン１の端部の抜け出しを阻止するためのフック部材２０が取り付けられ、カーテン１の厚さ方向におけるフック部材２０の寸法Ｔ１は、スラット８Ａの寸法Ｔ２と同じ又はこの寸法よりも小さく、フック部材２０の厚さ方向の両端部は、スラット８Ａの厚さ方向両端についての延長線Ｎ１，Ｎ２からカーテン１の厚さ方向外側へ突出していない。【選択図】図３
