PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor installation tool and an anchor installation method using the same that enable simple and appropriate installation, when a screw-in type anchor is installed by screwing into a hole formed on a skeleton surface.SOLUTION: An anchor installation tool 1 is used for installing a screw-in type anchor 10 by screwing into a hole formed on a skeleton surface, the screw-in type anchor having a screw part 11, a bolt part 12, and a tool fitting part 13 formed sequentially in that order in an axial direction. The anchor installation tool includes: a cylindrical part 2 into which a tip of the screw-in type anchor 10 is inserted, thus surrounding an outer peripheral surface of the bolt part 12, the screw-in type anchor having the tool fitting part 13 formed thereon; an engaging part 3 disposed at a bottom part of the cylindrical part 2, to be engaged with the tool fitting part 13; and a fitting part formed at an edge part of the engaging part 3, for fitting the tool.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
