ELASTIC PAVING BODY MANUFACTURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an elastic paving body with superior physical properties such as high impact absorption rate.SOLUTION: An amount of bubbles contained in an elastic paving body is controlled by manufacturing a composition A and a composition B as shown below and mixing these compositions at an adjusted mixing ratio. (Composition A) Two liquid normal temperature curable polyurethane composition that contains polyisocyanate and polyol and substantially no bubble. (Composition B) Two liquid normal temperature curable polyurethane composition that contains polyisocyanate, polyol and bubble of 5 to 40 volume%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】衝撃吸収率等の優れた物性を有する弾性舗装体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】下記の組成物Aおよび組成物Bをそれぞれ作製し、これらの配合割合を調整して混合することにより、弾性舗装体に含まれる気泡量を制御するようにした。(組成物A)ポリイソシアネートとポリオールとを含有し、実質的に気泡を含有しない2液常温硬化性ポリウレタン組成物。(組成物B)ポリイソシアネートとポリオールとを含有し、5〜40体積%の気泡を含有する2液常温硬化性ポリウレタン組成物。【選択図】図1
