PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for a functional component that can suppress a housing or functional component unit from projecting from a wall material a bathroom unit, and a wall panel with the functional component.SOLUTION: There is provided a fitting structure 10 for a functional component T for fitting the functional component T to a wall material 61 constituting a bathroom unit 1 as a space, and the fitting structure comprises a housing 30 supporting the functional component and a fixation part 60 for fixing the housing to a wall opening part 63 formed in the wall material. The fixation part is provided inside a top surface or a reverse surface of the wall material in a thickness direction of the wall material by cutting a peripheral part of the wall opening part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
