PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reinforcing hardware available even if an end space between an anchor bolt and an end side face of a building foundation is narrow and a building foundation structure.SOLUTION: Reinforcing hardware 1 comprises: a contact engaging part 11, which comes into contact with and engages to an anchor bolt 21 of the building foundation 2; a fixing part 12 which is fixed to the concrete to be the building foundation at a position away from the contact engaging part in a horizontal direction and becomes a resistance when a shear force is applied to the anchor bolt; and a connection part 13 which connects the fixing part to the engaging part. The reinforcing hardware is disposed on the anchor bolt disposed on an end of the building foundation so that the fixing part is located on a side opposite to an end space side of the building foundation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アンカーボルトと建物基礎の端側面の端空きが小さくても対応できる補強金物およびこれを用いた建物基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】補強金物１は、建物基礎２のアンカーボルト２１に接触して係合する接触係合部１１と、接触係合部から水平方向に離間した位置で建物基礎となるコンクリートに定着してアンカーボルトにせん断力が加えられたときの抵抗となる定着部１２と、定着部を接触係合部に連結する連結部１３とを備える。この補強金物は、建物基礎の端部に設けられるアンカーボルトに、定着部が建物基礎の端空きの側と反対の側に位置するように設けられる。【選択図】図１
