MANHOLE JOINT STRUCTURE AND MANHOLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a water shutoff performance by preventing an elastic cylindrical body from being stuck in a joint part.SOLUTION: Vertically stretchable elastic cylindrical body 21 is installed across a joint part 5 of vertically overlapped cylindrical bodies 2, 2. An intrusion prevention member 11, which prevents the elastic cylindrical body 21 from intruding in the joint part 5, is disposed on an outer periphery of the upper and lower cylindrical bodies 2, 2 across the joint part 5. The elastic cylindrical body 21 is disposed on an outer periphery of the intrusion prevention member 11. An upper fitting part 23A and a lower fitting part 23B of the elastic cylindrical body 21 are installed on the upper and lower cylindrical bodies 2, 2. An upper elastic ring member 14A and a lower elastic ring member 14B for water shutoff are disposed between the outer periphery of the upper and lower cylindrical bodies 2, 2 and an inner periphery of the elastic cylindrical body 21 at an upper part and a lower part of the intrusion prevention member 11. When the joint part 5 is separated due to earthquake or other reason, the elastic cylindrical body 21 vertically extends. Even in this state, groundwater pressure is applied to the elastic cylindrical body 21, but the intrusion prevention member 11 prevents the elastic cylindrical body 21 from being stuck in the separated joint part 5 and the elastic cylindrical body can recover after the earthquake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】弾性筒状体が目地部に挟まれることを防止し、止水性を確保する。【解決手段】上下に重ねた筒体2,2の目地部5に跨って上下方向に伸縮可能な弾性筒状体21を設ける。弾性筒状体21の目地部5への侵入を防止する侵入防止部材11を、目地部5に跨って上下の筒体2,2の外周に配置する。また、侵入防止部材11の外周に弾性筒状体21を配置すると共に、弾性筒状体21の上,下取付部23A,23Bを上下の筒体2,2に取り付け、侵入防止部材11の上方及び下方で上下の筒体2,2の外周と弾性筒状体21の内周との間に止水用の上,下弾性リング部材14A,14Bを配置する。地震などにより目地部5が開くと、弾性筒状体21が上下方向に伸び、この状態でも弾性筒状体21には地下水圧が加わるが、侵入防止部材11により弾性筒状体21が開いた目地部5に挟まれることがなく、地震終了後は前の状態に戻ることができる。【選択図】図1
