PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckling restriction brace that does not cause local failure of a restricting member exposed to stiffening force of a core material.SOLUTION: A buckling restriction brace includes a core material 11 having a connecting part 11b formed on both edges of a plate form part 11a for connecting with other members, and a restricting member 12 disposed opposite each of surfaces of the plate form part 11a in a weak axis direction. An interpolation plate 13 is provided between the plate form part 11a and the restricting member 12, the interpolation plate being in contact with the restricting member 12. The restricting member 12 is made of a rectangular steel tube that has a corner with a curved area at an intersection on each of side surfaces thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
