COATING INSTRUMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating instrument that fixes the surface of a coating film and can form the coating film at a film thickness with a certain level or more even if protrusions or the like are present on a construction surface.SOLUTION: A coating instrument includes a grounding body having a grounding part being brought into abutment with a construction surface in a lower end, a leveling part disposed upward more than the grounding part and for leveling and fixing the upper part of a coating material, and a guide body having an abutment part disposed downward more than the leveling part in the lower end. The coating instrument is formed so as to hold the upper and lower interval between the abutment part and the leveling part. When the abutment part comes into contact with protrusions on the construction surface and the guide body runs onto the protrusions, the leveling part moves upward with the movement of the abutment part and the position of the coating material fixed by the leveling part is made to change, and thereby the thickness of the coating film is kept in a constant level or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】塗膜の表面を整えると共に、施工面に凸部などが存在していても一定以上の膜厚で塗膜を形成できる塗工器具を提供する。【解決手段】施工面に当接させる接地部を下端に有する接地体と、前記接地部より上方に配置させて塗料の上部を均して整える均部と、この均部より下方に配置させる当接部を下端に有するガイド体とを備えさせ、前記当接部と前記均部との上下の間隔を保持可能に形成する。前記当接部が施工面上の凸部に接触してガイド体がこの凸部に乗り上げたときに、前記均部が前記当接部の移動に伴い上方へ移動し、この均部で整えられる塗料の位置が変化するようになされて、塗膜の厚みが一定以上に保たれる。【選択図】 図９
