EXTERIOR WALL MATERIAL HOLDING BRACKET AND UNIT-TYPE BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall material holding bracket that is capable of mounting an exterior wall material in an overhang part and improving outward appearance, and a unit-type building that eliminates a step of a ceiling using the exterior wall material holding bracket.SOLUTION: An exterior wall material holding bracket 50 includes a base part fixed on a floor beam of a hanger unit 200a protruded in an outdoor side from a lower floor unit 100, and an exterior wall material fixing part for arranging and fixing a lower end of a modesty panel 42 in a height position of a ceiling 120 of the lower floor unit 100. The exterior wall material holding bracket is used for mounting the modesty panel 42 in a bottom side of an overhang part 40. Thereby, a step of ceiling of the overhang part 40 is hard to be visually recognized, and therefore an outward appearance of the overhang part 40 is improved. Also, a ceiling material 41 for constituting the ceiling 120 of the lower floor unit 100 is extended and installed to the vicinity of the exterior wall material holding bracket 50 (modesty panel 42), and thereby the step of the ceiling of the overhang part 40 is eliminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】オーバーハング部に外壁材を取り付けて見栄えを改善することを可能にする外壁材保持ブラケットと、その外壁材保持ブラケットを用いて天井の段差を無くしたユニット式建物を提供する。【解決手段】下階ユニット１００よりも屋外側に張り出したハンガーユニット２００ａの床梁に固定される基部と、幕板４２の下端を下階ユニット１００の天井１２０の高さ位置に揃えて固定するための外壁材固定部と、を備えた外壁材保持ブラケット５０を用いて、オーバーハング部４０の下面側に幕板４２を取り付けることによって、オーバーハング部４０の天井の段差が視認し難くし、それによってオーバーハング部４０の見栄えを改善し、また、外壁材保持ブラケット５０（幕板４２）の近傍まで、下階ユニット１００の天井１２０を構成する天井材４１を延在させて設置することで、オーバーハング部４０の天井の段差を無くす。【選択図】図１
