NON-FLAMMABLE FILM MATERIAL FOR BUILDING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-flammable film material for building structure, which is used for a partition, a hanging smoke barrier, a light wall film, and a light ceiling film and, particularly, can effectively suppress occurrence of whitening stripe trace on an appearance and a light transmissive appearance of the film material even if the film material is bent or unexpectedly bent during a sewing process of the film material or in handling during construction.SOLUTION: A fabric formed with warp and weft of inorganic multifilament yarn is used as a substrate fabric. A light diffusion transmissive laminate is made by applying a resin coating flame retardant layer on at least one side of the substrate fabric. Complete texture on the front and rear sides of the substrate fabric in the light diffusion transmissive laminate has a loose structure in which warp straddles 3, 4, or 5 pieces of weft and weft straddles 3, 4, or 5 pieces of warp.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】間仕切り、防煙垂壁、光壁膜、光天井膜などに用いる建築構造用不燃膜材であって、特に膜材料の縫製工程や施工の取り扱い時に、膜材料を折り曲げたり、不慮に折れ曲がっても、膜材料の外観及び光透過外観に白化痕筋の発現が効果的に抑止される建築構造用不燃膜材の提供。【解決手段】無機マルチフィラメントヤーンを経糸及び緯糸とする織物を基材布帛として、この基材布帛の片面以上に、樹脂被覆難燃層を設けてなる光拡散透過性積層体において、基材布帛の表側及び裏側の完全組織の、経糸による緯糸の浮き跨ぎ本数及び、緯糸による経糸の浮き跨ぎ本数が、3本、4本、及び5本、の何かとするルーズ構造とする。【選択図】図2
