GROUND SETTLEMENT COUNTERMEASURE STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground settlement countermeasure structure which prevents a structural body installed between head sections of piles from being deformed with upward force applied thereto from the ground on the occurrence of ground settlement.SOLUTION: A ground settlement countermeasure structure 10, which comprises piles 3 and a foundation beam 5, is a foundation of a building. The piles 3 are installed under the ground 1 with footings 3a of respective head sections positioned above the ground 1. The foundation beam 5 is installed in a manner that connects the footings 3a. The ground 1 is soft and the foundation beam 5 is constructed above the same with a gap 7 therebetween. The foundation beam 5 is constructed by placing concrete in a form installed on paper spacers 13. When absorbing moisture over time, the paper spacers 13 lose bearing force in a vertical direction. Thus, even though the piles 3 and the foundation beam 5 are lowered when the ground 1 around the piles is settled due to consolidation over time after construction of the ground settlement countermeasure structure 10, the gap 7 can prevent the foundation beam 5 from receiving upward force from the ground 1 on the occurrence of consolidation settlement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地盤沈下が生じた際に、地盤から杭部の頭部間の構造体に加わる上向きの力により構造体が変形等するのを防止する沈下対策構造等を提供する。【解決手段】沈下対策構造10は杭部3と基礎梁5等から構成される建築物の基礎部分である。杭部3は地盤1に設けられ、頭部のフーチング3aが地盤1の上にある。基礎梁5は、フーチング3a間をつなぐように設けられる。地盤1は軟弱地盤であり、地盤1と基礎梁5との間には空隙7が設けられる。基礎梁5は、紙ボイド13上に型枠を配置し、コンクリートを打設して構築する。紙ボイド13は、時間経過により水分を吸収して鉛直方向の支持力を失う。沈下対策構造10の構築後、時間が経過すると、地盤1が杭位置を中心として圧密沈下し、これに伴って杭部3と基礎梁5も下降するが、空隙7を設けたことにより、圧密沈下時に基礎梁5が地盤1から上向きの力を受けることがない。【選択図】図1
