SEAL STRUCTURE OF FLUID PRESSURE CYLINDER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology related to a fluid pressure cylinder used for opening or closing various types of water gate for rivers and lakes, and in particular, enabled to reassemble the fluid pressure cylinder easily after disassembly and maintenance of such as an overhaul of the fluid pressure cylinder under a state in which a cylinder main body is installed.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a seal structure 1a of an inclined fluid pressure cylinder 1 provided with a packing 5 arranged at an outer periphery of a piston rod 3, a plurality of coil springs 6 and a spring adapter 7 having a plurality of spring storing parts 71 and an outlet or inlet with opened bottom surface for the coil springs 6, that there is provided a sleeve 44 having an abutting part 44a to which the lower ends of the coil springs 6 are abutted and a cylinder part 44b, and the piston rod 3 on the side of a rod cover 4 may become an upper position upon inclination of the fluid pressure cylinder. There is formed a fixing part 8a for use in fixing an insertion side end part 61 for each of the spring storing parts 71 for each of the coil springs 6 to each of the spring storing parts 71, and then the spring adaptor 7 having each of the coil springs 6 fixed can be assembled to the cylinder main body 2 when they are re-assembled after disassembly and their maintenance work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】河川や湖沼の各種水門ゲートなどの開閉に用いられる流体圧シリンダに係り、特に、シリンダ本体を設置した状態で流体圧シリンダをオーバーホールなどの分解保守後に、再組立てを容易に行うことができるようにした技術である。【解決手段】ピストンロッド3の外周に設けられたパッキン5と、複数のコイルばね6と、複数のばね収納部71及び底面が開口したコイルばね6の出入口を有するばねアダプタ7とを備え、コイルばね6の下端が当接する当接部44aと筒状部44bとを備えたスリーブ44を設けるとともにピストンロッド3のロッドカバー4側が上方位置となるように傾斜させた流体圧シリンダ1のシール構造1aにおいて、各コイルばね6の各ばね収納部71への挿入側端部61と、各ばね収納部71とを固定する固定部8aを形成して、分解保守後の再組立ての際に、各コイルばね6を固定したばねアダプタ7をシリンダ本体2に組付け可能としたものである。【選択図】図3
