LIGHT WEIGHT GROUT MATERIAL COMPOSITION AND LIGHT WEIGHT GROUT MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weight cement-based grout material composition and a light weight cement-based grout material with surrounding environment taken into consideration, especially a light weight cement-based grout material composition and a light weight cement-based grout material generating little dust when mixed with water.SOLUTION: In one embodiment, the light weight grout material composition is provided that contains cement, a light weight aggregate having unit volume mass of less than 0.3 kg/L and oxyalkylene alcohols of 0.3 to 5 mass%. In another embodiment, the light weight grout material composition is provided which is identical to the light weight grout material composition in the above one embodiment except that an average addition molar number (n) of an oxyalkylene group of the organic compound is 1 to 5, the content of the light weight aggregate is 3 to 20 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the cement and the light weight grout material composition contains one or, two or more kind selected from an expansive admixture, a thickener and a foaming agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None

【課題】周辺環境に配慮した軽量のセメント系グラウト材組成物及び軽量のセメント系グラウト材を提供するする。より詳しくは、水と混練するときの発塵が少ない軽量のセメント系グラウト材組成物及び軽量のセメント系グラウト材を提供する。【解決手段】セメントと、単位容積質量が０．３ｋｇ／Ｌ未満の軽量骨材と、オキシアルキレンアルコール類を０．３〜５質量％含有する軽量グラウト材組成物。上記有機化合物のオキシアルキレン基の平均付加モル数（ｎ）が１〜５であり、上記軽量骨材の含有量が、セメント１００質量部に対し３〜２０質量部であり、膨張材、増粘剤及び発泡剤から選ばれる１種又は２種以上を含有する軽量グラウト材組成物。【選択図】なし
