PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building wall panel capable of making workability better than ever, and a building.SOLUTION: A building wall panel 1 constituting a wall of a building such as a house includes: a horizontal frame material 2 equivalent to a beam and the like for forming an upper end edge of the building wall panel 1; a built-in frame 3 which is joined to an undersurface of the horizontal frame material 2 to be built in the building wall panel 1, and which is formed of a plurality of vertical and horizontal crosspieces 3a and 3b; and a face bar that is provided astride front faces of the horizontal frame material 2 and the built-in frame 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来に比して施工性を向上することが可能な建築用壁パネルおよび建物を提供する。【解決手段】住宅等の建物の壁を構成する建築用壁パネル１が、当該建築用壁パネル１の上端縁部を形成する梁等に相当する横枠材２と、横枠材２の下面に接合されることによって当該建築用壁パネル１に組み込まれるとともに、縦横の複数の桟材３ａ，３ｂによって形成された組込枠３と、横枠材２と組込枠３の正面に跨って設けられる面材と、を備える。【選択図】図１
