PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building foundation in which a columnar foundation structure stably supports a load from a building and an underfloor air cycle efficiency can be sufficiently ensured.SOLUTION: A building foundation 1 is used for a detached building. The building foundation comprises: rising wall parts 10, which are erected around the detached building; mat foundation parts 20, which are formed at areas within the rising wall parts 10; underground beams 30, which are formed at areas within the rising wall parts 10 and have larger rigidity than that of the mat foundation part 20; and column bases 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】柱状基礎構造体が建築物から受ける荷重を安定して支持するとともに、床下におけるエアサイクル効率が充分に確保可能な建築基礎を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】戸建建築物に用いられる建築基礎１であって、前記戸建建築物の周囲に立設される立上り壁部１０と、前記立上り壁部１０内のエリアに形成されるべた基礎部２０と、前記立上り壁部１０内のエリアに形成され、前記べた基礎部２０より大きな剛性を有する地中梁３０と、コラムベース４０とを備えていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
