INSTALLATION METAL FITTING FOR EXTERIOR WALL PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation metal fitting for an exterior wall plate that prevents a crack or other damages from being formed on an exterior wall plate due to concentration of intense pressure at a part of the exterior wall plate in contact with a claw part, when force of a great magnitude is exerted in a direction (forward direction) to rip away the exterior wall plate from a building skeleton at a time of typhoon and others.SOLUTION: A slit 18 is formed from an opening 17 at a cut and raised mark portion toward a contacting part 7 on a rear surface of an exterior wall plate, the slit contacting both edges at a base edge part of a forward protrusion 14. Furthermore, a curved surface part 19 is interposed between the contacting part 7 on the rear surface of the exterior wall plate and the forward protrusion 14, between the slits 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】台風等の際に、外壁板を建物躯体から引き離そうとする向き(前方)に大きな力が作用しても、外壁板のうちの爪部に接触する部分に大きな圧力集中が生じて外壁板にクラック等の損傷が生じないようにする外壁板取付金具を提供する。【解決手段】前方突出部14の基端部の両端に接するようにして、切り起こし跡開口17から外壁板裏面当接部7に向かって切り込み18を切り込み、かつこれらの切り込み18間において外壁板裏面当接部7と前方突出部14との間に湾曲面部19を介在させる。【選択図】図5
