MIXED MATERIAL TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed material temperature management device capable of accurately and safely measuring a heating temperature of a heating asphalt mixed material without requiring a lot of time and labor and capable of continuously measuring the change of the heating temperature.SOLUTION: A mixed material temperature measuring device 10 is configured to measure a heating temperature of a heating asphalt mixed material (mixture material) loaded on a dump truck until when the heating asphalt mixed material is unloaded at a laying site, and include: a data logger 11; a protection cover 12 for storing the data logger 11; a thermo couple cable 14 whose one end part is connected to the data logger 11; a temperature sensor 15 connected to the other end of the thermo couple cable 14; a sheath pipe 16 for laying which is fixed to the temperature sensor 15 on the top end part and in which the thermo couple cable 14 is inserted; and a cable protection tube 17 mounted by covering the thermo couple cable 14 of a part between a base end part of the sheath pipe 16 for laying and the protection cover 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】多くの手間を要することなく、精度良く且つ安全に加熱アスファルト混合物の加熱温度を計測できると共に、加熱温度の変化を、連続して計測できる合材温度管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】ダンプトラックに積み込まれた加熱アスファルト混合物(合材)が、敷設現場で荷卸しされるまでの間、加熱アスファルト混合物の加熱温度を計測できるようにする合材温度計測装置１０であって、データロガー１１と、データロガー１１を収容した保護カバー１２と、データロガー１１に一端部が接続された熱電対ケーブル１４と、熱電対ケーブル１４の他端部に接続された温度センザー１５と、温度センザー１５が先端部に固定されると共に、熱電対ケーブル１４が挿通された埋設用さや管１６と、埋設用さや管１６の基端部と保護カバー１２との間の部分の熱電対ケーブル１４を覆って装着された、ケーブル保護チューブ１７とを含んで構成される。【選択図】図１
