PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubing device having an attaching-detaching tool of a chuck member capable of easily attaching-detaching a chuck collar to the chuck member in a short time.SOLUTION: A tubing device for liftably providing a casing rotary driving device 15 in a reader 14, comprises a chuck collar stand 52 for holding a chuck collar 51 detachably provided on the inside of a casing tube holding chuck member 31 of the casing rotary driving device, and the chuck collar stand comprises a holding member 53 for holding an inner peripheral side of the respective chuck collars in a state of erecting a plurality of the chuck collars on a predetermined circumference and also in a state of being movable upward, and a support member 54 for supporting a lower end part of the holding member, and an engaging groove part 66 with which an engaging claw part 65 projected to an upper end part outer periphery of the chick collar is engaged, is provided on an upper end surface of the chuck member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
