PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show a desired antiglare effect in a natural lighting tool sandwiching a light control member by a pair of transparent bases.SOLUTION: A natural lighting tool is equipped with a light control member 10 which includes a first surface 10a in which light is incident, a second surface 10b opposing to the first surface 10a and emitting light, and a reflection surface 10c existing between the first surface 10a and the second surface 10b and deflecting the incident light from the first surface 10a toward the second surface 10b; a first transparent base 20 disposed on the first surface 10a side of the light control member 10; and a second transparent base 30 disposed on the second surface 10b side of the light control member 10. At least either one of between the light control member 10 and the first transparent base 20, or between the light control member 10 and the second transparent base 30, a light scattering layer 40 scattering light is disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
