URETHANE RESIN COATING COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PROTECTING CONCRETE SUBSTRATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urethane resin coating composition high in visibility of a substrate over long time, capable of forming a coated film excellent in durability and small in environmental load.SOLUTION: There is provided an urethane resin coating composition having percentage of a coated film forming component in the coating composition of 70 mass% or more and containing polyol having number average molecular weight of 300 to 10,000 and the number of hydroxyl groups per a molecule of 2.3 to 9.0, and polyisocyanate having percentage of isocyanate groups of 10.0 to 20.0 mass%, where the polyisocyanate has 0.5 to 1.5 equivalent of isocyanate groups to the hydroxyl group of the polyol, percentage of a loading pigment in the coated film forming component is 0 to 10.0 mass% and visible light transmittance of the coated film is 30% or more when a coated film having film thickness of 300 μm is formed from the urethane resin coating composition under atmosphere at a temperature of 35°C and relative humidity of 90%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】長期にわたり基材の可視性が高く、耐久性に優れる塗膜を形成することが可能で、環境負荷が小さいウレタン樹脂塗料組成物を提供する。【解決手段】塗料組成物中に占める塗膜形成成分の割合が70質量%以上であり、数平均分子量が300〜10,000であり且つ1分子あたりの水酸基の数が2.3〜9.0であるポリオールと、イソシアネート基の割合が10.0〜20.0質量%であるポリイソシアネートとを含み、ポリイソシアネートは、ポリオールの水酸基に対するイソシアネート基が0.5〜1.5当量であり、さらに塗膜形成成分中に占める体質顔料の割合が0〜10.0質量%であるウレタン樹脂塗料組成物であって、温度35℃及び相対湿度90%の雰囲気下で、前記ウレタン樹脂塗料組成物から膜厚300μmの塗膜を形成した場合、該塗膜の可視光透過率が30%以上であることを特徴とするウレタン樹脂塗料組成物である。【選択図】なし
