PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal blind capable of improving a light blocking effect in a central part in a longitudinal direction of a slat.SOLUTION: In a plurality of slats 12c, a first through-hole 22, through which a lifting tape 15a that is an example of a first lifting/lowering member is to be inserted, is formed at both longitudinal ends of the slat 12c. The lifting tape 15a is inserted through the first through-hole 22 in each of the plurality of slats 12c. A lifting tape 15b that is an example of a second lifting/lowering member is positioned on the outside of a long side of each of the plurality of slats 12c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
