METHOD FOR REPAIRING TOP SURFACE OF CONCRETE FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for a top surface of a concrete floor slab that extends service life of the concrete floor slab.SOLUTION: A repair method for a top surface of a concrete floor slab includes: a pavement removal step in which a part of the pavement on the concrete floor slab that includes a pot hole is removed; a chipping step in which an area of concrete of the concrete floor slab that includes a part deteriorated by the pot hole is chipped away; a mortar placing step in which mortar is poured onto the part removed in the chipping step, and a precast concrete plate is installed on top of the mortar, thus adhering the precast concrete plate with the existing concrete floor slab; and a pavement step in which pavement is provided on the precast concrete plate installed in the mortar placing step. As a result, a wheel load of a vehicle traveling after the repair is dispersed, enhancing a load bearing capacity of the concrete floor slab. Also, deterioration of a reinforcing bar is prevented, by suppressing infiltration of a chloride ion from the pavement into the concrete floor slab. Furthermore in a future, an adverse effect on the concrete floor slab may be prevented, such as the reinforcing bar being cut, when a road surface cutting machine is used for replacing the pavement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート床版の延命を図ることのできるコンクリート床版上面の補修工法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート床版上の舗装部分の内でポットホールを含む範囲を撤去する舗装撤去工程と、前記コンクリート床版の前記ポットホールに対応する劣化部を含む範囲のコンクリートをはつり取るはつり工程と、前記はつり工程で除去した部位にモルタルを流し込み、その上にプレキャストコンクリート板を設置してプレキャストコンクリート板と既設コンクリート床版とを接着するモルタル施工工程と、前記モルタル施工工程で設置したプレキャストコンクリート板の上に舗装を行う舗装工程とを備えたので、補修後に走行する車両の輪荷重を分散して耐荷重を向上することができる。また、舗装から浸透した塩化物イオンのコンクリート床版への浸透を抑制し、鉄筋の劣化を防止することができる。更に、将来、舗装の打換を行う際の路面切削機械が鉄筋を切断する等のコンクリート床版に及ぼす影響を防止することができる。【選択図】図１
