DOOR HANDLE UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door handle unit capable of reducing an operation force of a door handle.SOLUTION: A door handle unit comprises: a door handle 3, which is rotatably supported on a unit case 13 side and rotates a rotation axis 11 that interlocks with a latch; a spring 5, which restores the door handle 3 to a rotation position before operation; a direct-acting damper 9, which is inserted between the unit case 13 side and the door handle 3 side and damps the rotation when the door handle 3 is restored to the rotation position before operation; a first engaging protrusion 21, which is formed on the unit case 13 side and protrudes in an axial direction of the rotation axis 11; and a second engaging protrusion 23, which is formed on the door handle 3 side and protrudes in the axial direction of the rotation axis 11. The direct-acting damper 9 has first and second engaging parts 25, 27 that relatively rotatably engage the first and the second engaging protrusions 21, 23, respectively, on both ends. The first and the second engaging parts 25, 27 engage the first and the second engaging protrusions 21, 23, respectively, to insert the direct-acting damper 9 between the unit case and the door handle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ドアハンドルの操作力をより軽減することを可能とするドアハンドルユニットを提供する。【解決手段】ユニットケース１３側に回転自在に支持されラッチに連動する回転軸１１を回転操作するためのドアハンドル３と、ドアハンドル３を操作前の回転位置に復帰させるスプリング５と、ユニットケース１３側とドアハンドル３側との間に介設されドアハンドル３が操作前の回転位置へ戻るときに回転をダンピングする直動ダンパー９と、ユニットケース１３側に設けられ回転軸１１の軸方向に突出する第１係合突部２１と、ドアハンドル３側に設けられ回転軸１１の軸方向に突出する第２係合突部２３と、直動ダンパー９は、両端部に第1、第２係合突部２１、２３に相対回転可能に係合する第１、第２係合部２５、２７とを備え、第１、第２係合部２５、２７が第１、第２係合突部２１、２３に各別に係合して直動ダンパー９の介設を行なったことを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
