RESIN SASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent penetration of a space by efficiently blocking the space between a frame body and a stile with a reinforcement member and a thermal expansion fire-resistant material in a fire.SOLUTION: A resin sash comprises a resin window frame which is fit in a building opening, and a resin sash which is openably and closably installed in the window frame. The resin window frame and the resin stile that composes the sash have a hollow part individually. A hollow rising wall extends from at least one of the window frame and the stile toward the other one. The other one of the window frame and the stile overlaps the rising wall extending from one of the window frame and the stile in a depth direction when the sash is closed. Metal reinforcement members are disposed in the hollow parts of the window frame and the stile so as to surround a space formed between the window frame and the stile. A fire-resistant material which expands by heat, is disposed on a surface which faces the space formed between the window frame and the stile, of at least one of the reinforcement members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】火災時に、枠体と框との間の空間を補強部材と熱膨張耐火材とで効率よく塞ぐことにより、空間の貫通を防止する。【解決手段】建物開口部に取付けられる樹脂製の窓枠と、窓枠に開閉自在に設けられる樹脂製の障子とを備え、樹脂製の窓枠及び障子を構成する樹脂製の框は、それぞれ中空部を有し、窓枠及び框の少なくとも一方には、他方側に向けて中空の立上り壁が延設されるとともに、窓枠及び框の他方は、障子の閉鎖時に、一方に延設された立上り壁に対して見込み方向で重複しており、窓枠及び框の中空部内には、窓枠と框との間に形成される空間を囲むように、金属製の補強部材が配置され、少なくとも何れか補強部材の窓枠と框との間に形成される空間に向かう面には、熱により膨張する耐火材を設けた。【選択図】図6
