CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF PIPE MATERIAL AND CONNECTING METHOD OF PIPE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect a pair of pipe materials while enhancing a stress transmission property.SOLUTION: In a connecting structure of pipe materials for connecting the pipe materials to each other in a pipe axial direction, the connecting structure comprises: a pair of the pipe materials which adjoin each other in the pipe axial direction, and in which opposing ends do not abut on each other, and seams are exposed over entire peripheries of the pipe materials; inner insertion pipe materials which are arranged in a pair of the pipe materials so as to straddle the seams; and a connecting member for connecting an internal peripheral face of a one-side first pipe material in the pipe axial direction out of a pair of the pipe materials, and an external peripheral face of the inner insertion pipe material so as to allow the transmission of stress between them. A first protrusion is formed in a position at the other side in the pipe axial direction rather than the connecting member at the external peripheral face of the inner insertion pipe material, a second protrusion is formed in a position at least at the other side rather than the first protrusion at the internal peripheral face of the second pipe material in the pipe axial direction out of a pair of the pipe materials, and a range including at least the second protrusion over the connecting member out of the inside of a pair of the pipe materials is filled with a cement system composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】応力の伝達性を高めつつ、一対の管材を簡易に連結する。【解決手段】管材同士を管軸方向に連結する管材の連結構造であって、管軸方向に隣り合う一対の管材であって、対向する端部同士が当接せず、管材の全周に亘って継ぎ目が露出した一対の管材と、継ぎ目を跨ぐように一対の管材の内部に設けられた内挿管材と、一対の管材のうち管軸方向の一方側の第1管材の内周面と、内挿管材の外周面とを、応力が伝達可能なように連結する連結部材と、を備え、内挿管材の外周面には、連結部材よりも管軸方向の他方側の位置に第1の突起部が設けられ、一対の管材のうち管軸方向の他方側の第2管材の内周面には、第1の突起部よりも他方側の位置に第2の突起部が設けられ、一対の管材の内部のうち、少なくとも、第2の突起部から連結部材までを含む範囲がセメント系組成物で充填されている。【選択図】図1
