BRIDGE BEARING SECTION REPAIR METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge bearing section repair method which enables a damaged section to be easily repaired in a short period of time when a bearing section of an existing steel I-beam bridge is subjected to fatigue damage due to cyclic loads with a crack generated on a welded section developed into a lower flange or a web.SOLUTION: In a bridge bearing section repair method, an opening is created on a lower flange 2b by removing a welded section B (as shown in Figure 6) with a fatigue crack C (as shown in Figure 6) generated thereon in a manner that cuts a flange section groove 11 on a portion of the lower flange 2b which includes the welded section B and the fatigue crack C developed thereinto. Another opening is created on a web 2c in a manner that cuts a web side groove 12 on a portion of the web 2c with the fatigue crack C developed thereinto. Then, a cylindrical ceramic backing material 13 is placed in contact with a place facing the flange section groove 11 at a lower surface side of the lower flange 2b and fixed thereto with an adhesive tape 14. Next, the lower flange 2b and a sole plate 3 are joined through fillet welding with a welding rod 15 inserted into the flange section groove 11 from an upper side of the lower flange 2b through the web side groove 12 so that the flange section groove 11 is filled with melted filler metal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 既設の鋼I桁橋の支承部が繰り返し荷重を受けて疲労損傷し、溶接部に発生した亀裂が下フランジやウェブに進展した場合に、損傷部の補修を簡便で短時間で行えるようにした橋梁の支承部の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】 疲労亀裂C(図6示)が発生した溶接部B(図6示)を除去し、該溶接部Bを含む前記亀裂Cが進展した下フランジ2bにフランジ部削溝11を形成して開口させる。亀裂が進展したウェブ2cの部分にウェブ部削構12を形成して開口させる。下フランジ2bの下面側で、前記フランジ部削溝11を臨む位置に円柱形のセラミック製裏当て材13を当接させ、接着テープ14で固定する。下フランジ2bの上方から前記ウェブ側削溝12を通して溶接棒15を前記フランジ部削溝11に挿入して下フランジ2bとソールプレート3とに対してすみ肉溶接を行い、フランジ部削溝11に溶融した溶加材を充填する。【選択図】 図1
