JOINING STRUCTURE OF BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect floor panels and wall panels constituting a building structure such as building units without a gap, and prevent the floor panels of the building structure from being displaced with respect to a lower structural body, and further improve a tensile strength of the entire building with respect to the lower structural body.SOLUTION: In a unit building, a connector 60 having a fixing bolt 12 projecting upward from a foundation 10, and extended from the side of a floor panel 40 and extended to the upper part of the floor panel 40 is connected to a wall panel 50. A lower washer 61 with a long nut 63 screwed by a connecting bolt 62 of the connector 60 is attached under a joining frame material 44 in the lower end of the floor panel 40, and placed on the foundation 10. The fixing bolt 12 projecting from the foundation 10 penetrates through a cylindrical member 64 included in the lower washer 61, and is fastened to the cylindrical member 64. The long nut 63 included in the lower washer 61 is disposed to adhere to the cylindrical member 64.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 建物ユニット等の建物構造体を構成する床パネルと壁パネルを隙間なく連結するとともに、建物構造体の床パネルが下部構造体に対して変位することを防止し、更に下部構造体に対する建物全体の引抜き耐力を向上すること。【解決手段】 ユニット建物において、基礎10から上方に突出する固定ボルト12を有し、床パネル40の側から延出して該床パネル40の上方にまで延在する連結具60を壁パネル50に連結してなり、連結具60の連結ボルト62が螺着される長ナット63を備えた下座金61が、床パネル40の下端部の接合用枠材44の下に添設されるともに、基礎10の上に載置され、基礎10から突出する固定ボルト12が、上記下座金61に備えた筒状部材64を貫通し、該筒状部材64に締結され、下座金61に備えた長ナット63と筒状部材64とが互いに密着して配置されてなるもの。【選択図】 図1
