INNER LINING HEAT INSULATION METHOD AND PIN STOPPER CAP USED THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner lining heat insulation method using a heat insulative ceiling board which is durable against earthquake and reliably supporting ceiling board, and is capable of being easily installed in a short time with a low cost.SOLUTION: The heat insulative ceiling board is stopped by a ceiling board stopper means which includes: a pin 3 in which a stopper 2 having a permanent magnet 6 is fixed to a base end part 5; a heat insulating spacer 7 which is disposed below the stopper by inserting the pin 3; a stopper plate 15 formed with a through-hole 16 penetrated by the pin 3 and hook punctures 17; and a pin stopper cap 20 which is fixed to the front end of the pin 3. By piercing hook punctures 17 into the heat insulative ceiling board 10, the stopper plate 15 is securely fixed to the upper plane of the heat insulative ceiling board 10. The pin 3 is penetrated through the heat insulative ceiling board 10 via the through-hole 16, and the cap 20 is fixed to the front end of the pin protruding from the low plane. The stopper 2 is attached to a roof material 25 by means of a magnet force of the permanent magnet 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地震に強く、しっかりと支えることができ、しかも短期間で簡単に施工することができ、コストを軽減し得る断熱性天井板の内貼り断熱工法を提供する。【解決手段】永久磁石6を有する留め具2が基端部5に固設されたピン3と、ピン3を串刺することで留め具の下側に配設される断熱性スペーサ7と、ピン3が貫通し得る透孔16および鉤状突刺部17が形成されたズレ止用板片15と、ピン3の先端部に固着されるピン止め用キャップ20とを備え、断熱性天井板10に鉤状突刺部17を突刺することでズレ止用板片15を断熱性天井板10の上面に移動不能に固着し、透孔16からピン3を断熱性天井板10に貫通させ下面に突出した該ピン先端部に前記キャップ20を固着し、永久磁石6の磁力で留め具2を屋根材25に磁着する。【選択図】図2
