PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appurtenant structure requiring no fireproof cover on a column material facing an outer wall even when built in a fire prevention area, and a unit building with the appurtenant structure coupled therewith.SOLUTION: A appurtenant structure 10 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape including: four column materials; four lower beams each of which is connected to a lower end part of the column material in a horizontal direction; and four upper beams each of which is connected to an upper end part of the column material in a horizontal direction. The small size appurtenant structure 10 is connected and fixed to a member which constitutes an elevation of the building unit to expands an internal space of the building unit. Two column materials are constituted of a groove-shaped steel which has a generally U-like shape or C-shaped steel in cross section, and the other two column materials 11B are constituted of a square-shaped steel which has a generally square shape in cross section. The upper beam 15 and the lower beam 13 are connected to a column material 11B via an end plate 13a by means of a bolt 23 which is screwed into a nut within a through hole 13b and a through hole 11c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】防火地区に建築する場合でも外壁に面する柱材に耐火被覆をする必要のない付帯構造物と、付帯構造物を建物ユニットに連結したユニット建物を提供する。【解決手段】4本の柱材と、柱材の下端部を水平方向に連結する4本の下梁と、柱材の上端部を水平方向に連結する4本の上梁とから直方体状に構成され、建物ユニットの1つの立面を構成する部材に連結固定され、建物ユニットの内部空間を拡大させる小型の付帯構造物10は、2本の柱材は、断面形状が略コ字状の溝形鋼又はC形鋼からなり、他の2本の柱材11Bは断面形状が略ロ字状のロ形鋼からなり、エンドプレート13aを介して貫通孔13bと貫通孔11c内のナットにボルト23をねじ込んで上梁15と下梁13を柱材11Bに連結する。【選択図】図9
