RELEASE COATING COMPOSITION AND FRAME FOR MOLDING CONCRETE APPLYING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release coating composition excellent both in releasability to concrete and repeated use durability.SOLUTION: There is provided a release coating composition applied to the surface of a frame for molding concrete which comprises (A) a silane coupling agent, (B) a curing component for forming a releasable cured film containing the silane coupling agent (A) and (C) a solvent for solving the silane coupling agent (A) and the curing component (B) to form a liquid composition, where the solvent (C) contains at least one solvent (C) having a relatively high boiling point and the release coating composition can form a releasable cured coating film having a smooth surface at normal temperature or in an unheated state by applying the liquid composition to the surface of the frame for molding concrete, followed by drying at normal temperature or in an unheated state to slowly evaporate the solvent (C).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリートに対する離型性と反復使用耐久性の双方に優れた離型塗料組成物を提供する。【解決手段】（Ａ）シランカップリング剤と、（Ｂ）前記のシランカップリング剤（Ａ）を含有する離型性硬化膜を形成するための硬化成分と、（Ｃ）前記のシランカップリング剤（Ａ）と前記の硬化成分（Ｂ）とを溶解させて液体組成物を形成するための溶媒とを含んでなり、前記の溶媒（Ｃ）が少なくとも一種の比較的高い沸点を有する溶媒（Ｃ１）を含み、前記の液体組成物を前記のコンクリート成形用枠体の表面に塗布したのち、常温ないし非加熱下で乾燥することによって、前記の溶媒（Ｃ）がゆっくりと揮発することによって、平滑表面を有する離型性硬化塗膜を常温ないし非加熱下で形成し得るコンクリート成形用枠体の表面に適用される離型塗料組成物。【選択図】図１
