PANEL FIXING METAL FITTING AND WALL PANEL FLOATING PREVENTION STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent even an event of floating a wall panel from a waterproof pan, by realizing simple installation of the wall panel in a bathroom of a waterproof pan specification.SOLUTION: A panel fixing metal fitting 1 used for connecting-fixing a wall panel to a waterproof pan, is formed as a plate-like member composed of one-sheet plate, and a bending piece 11 bent in a substantially L shape is formed on one end, and a rib connection part 12, a connection part 13 and a panel connection part 14 are formed in order toward the other end of the one-sheet plate from this bending piece 11, and a claw-shaped piece 121 capable of fitting a rib of the waterproof pan in-between with the bending piece 11, is provided in the rib connection part 12, and this claw-shaped piece 121 is hooked on an upper part of the rib, and the bending piece 11 is engaged with a lower part of the rib by operation for pressing the connection part 13 or the panel connection part 14 in the direction for separating from the rib with the claw-shaped piece 121 as a fulcrum, and the rib is sandwiched by the bending piece 11 and the claw-shaped piece 121, and installation to the rib of the panel fixing metal fitting 1 is realized by dispensing with machine screw fastening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】防水パン仕様の浴室における壁パネルの簡易設置を実現し、壁パネルが防水パンから浮き上がる事象も防止する。【解決手段】防水パンに壁パネルを接続固定するのに用いるパネル固定金具１を、一枚板からなる板状部材とし、一端に略Ｌ字状に屈曲された屈曲片１１を形成し、この屈曲片１１から一枚板の他端へ向けて順に、リブ連結部１２、接続部１３、パネル連結部１４を形成し、リブ連結部１２に屈曲片１１とで間に防水パンのリブを嵌め込むことが可能な爪状片１２１を設け、この爪状片１２１をリブの上部へ引っ掛け、爪状片１２１を支点にして接続部１３又はパネル接続部１４をリブから離れる方向に押圧する操作によってリブの下部に屈曲片１１を係合し、屈曲片１１と爪状片１２１とでリブを挟み込んで、ビス止め不要でパネル固定金具１のリブへの取り付けを実現する。【選択図】図１
