PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling structure of building capable of reducing sense of pressure received from equipment or the like installed on a ceiling.SOLUTION: In a ceiling part of a building unit 20B, 20C, plural ceiling sub-girders 25B and 25C are bridged between a pair of ceiling girder 22 each of which faces thereto, and at the lower face side of the ceiling sub-girders 25B and 25C, ceiling plane materials 27B and 27C are attached thereto. The ceiling plane materials 27B and 27C are arranged to be higher than the lower face of the ceiling girder 22. Below the ceiling plane materials 27B and 27C, a high ceiling lower space 57 is formed at a position higher than the lower face of the ceiling girder 22. Utilizing the high ceiling lower space 57, an illumination unit 65 is installed. Below the illumination unit 65, a douser 73 is provided to cover the illumination unit 65 from below the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】天井下に設備機器等を設置するにあたり、その設備機器等から受ける圧迫感を少なくすることができる建物の天井構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物ユニット２０Ｂ，２０Ｃの天井部には、対向する一対の天井大梁２２の上部に複数の天井小梁２５Ｂ，２５Ｃが架け渡されている。これら天井小梁２５Ｂ，２５Ｃの下面側には天井面材２７Ｂ，２７Ｃが取り付けられている。天井面材２７Ｂ，２７Ｃは、その下面が天井大梁２２の下面よりも高い位置に設定されている。天井面材２７Ｂ，２７Ｃの下方には、天井大梁２２の下面よりも高い位置に高天井下スペース５７が形成されている。この高天井下スペース５７を利用して照明機器６５が設置されており、その照明機器６５の下方には当該照明機器６５を下方から覆う遮光板７３が設けられている。【選択図】 図１
