PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chimney construction technique capable of simplifying a material lifting work, reducing fire work and reducing the construction time.SOLUTION: A chimney constructing unit 100 includes: a pair of segment members 11 and 12 each of which has a half-cylindrical shape of a cylindrical body which is vertically divided in parallel to the axial center thereof; a hinge member 30 that rotatably connects the pair of segment members 11 and 12 to each other in a state that edge parts 11a and 12b of both vertically divided parts are facing to each other; and coupling means 50 that detachably couples the edge parts 11a and 12b of the segment members 11 and 12. On each of the segment members 11 and 12, plural slit grooves are formed for welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
