SOLAR BATTERY PANEL BEARING FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clearance from being formed between a bed and an installation surface and enable a solar battery panel to be simply and rapidly installed.SOLUTION: A solar battery panel bearing frame comprises: a first bed 2, which is installed corresponding to a frame part 1a on one end side of a solar battery panel 1; a second bed 3, which is installed corresponding to a frame part 1b on the other end side of the panel 1; a first bearing member 4, which is fixed to the first bed 2 and supports one end side of the panel 1; and a second bearing member 5, which is fixed to the second bed 3 and supports the other end side of the panel 1. An engaging part 8, which engages with the frame part 1a on one end side and the frame part 1b on the other side of the panel 1, is disposed on the first bearing member 4 and the second bearing member 5. The first bearing member 4 and the second bearing member 5 are formed so that these members have a rectangular cross section like substantially high-crowned hat and can engage with the first bed 2 and the second bed 3, respectively, by being put over the first bed and the second bed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】土台と設置面との間に隙間が生じることを防止し、太陽電池パネルを簡単、迅速に設置できるようにする。【解決手段】太陽電池パネル1の一端側の枠部1aに対応して設置する第1の土台2と、パネル1の他端側の枠部1bに対応して設置する第2の土台3と、第1の土台2に固定してパネル1の一端側を支持する第1の支持部材4と、第2の土台3に固定してパネル1の他端側を支持する第2の支持部材5とを備える。第1の支持部材4と第2の支持部材5の上部に、パネル1の一端側の枠部1aと他端側の枠部1bに嵌合する嵌合部8を設ける。第1の支持部材4と第2の支持部材5を、断面略山高帽子状の方形に形作って第1の土台2と第2の土台3に被せて嵌合可能に形成する。【選択図】図1
