METHOD TO BOND EXPANSIVE MATERIAL ON FIRE-RESISTANT SASH, AND FIRE-RESISTANT SASH MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistant sash capable of forming a fire-resistant heat-insulating layer without leaving a gap when heated, even when a thermally expansive fire-resistant material is used by an amount smaller than those of conventional fireproof sashes.SOLUTION: A fire-resistant sash 1 comprises a frame member and a stile material being synthetic resin members constituting an opening frame body 10 and a sash 20. Strip-form fire-resistant sheets 15, 15A, made of a thermally expansive fire-resistant material, are inserted into a cavity in a lengthwise direction of the frame member and the stile material. The fire-resistant sheets 15, 15A are inserted in the lengthwise direction of a selected cavity among the cavities of the frame member and the stile material, such that a fire-resistant surface is formed in a direction along an inner surface of the cavity of the frame member and the stile material, and/or in a direction orthogonal to the direction along the inner surface of the cavity. At least in one of the cavities, the two fire-resistant sheets 15, 15A are disposed opposite each other in the same cavity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】従来よりも少ない量の熱膨張性耐火材であっても、加熱時に隙間無く耐火断熱層を形成することができる防火サッシを提供する。【解決手段】防火性サッシ1は、開口枠体10、及び障子20を構成する合成樹脂製部材である枠材、及び框材から構成され、枠材、及び框材の長手方向に沿う空洞に熱膨張性耐火材料からなる短冊状の耐火シート15、15Aが挿入されている。耐火シート15、15Aは枠材、及び框材の空洞内面に沿う方向及び/又は空洞内面に沿う方向と垂直な方向に耐火面が形成されるように、空洞の内の選択された空洞内にその長手方向に沿って挿入され、空洞のうち少なくとも1つにおいて、2枚の耐火シート15、15Aが同一空洞内で対向するように配置されている。【選択図】図5
