PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phenol foam as a heat insulation material having high heat insulation performance and fire retardant performance, and a heat insulation structure using the phenol foam, having a thin layer, and being easily constructed.SOLUTION: In a heat insulation structure in which a plurality of heat insulation materials is laminated on the indoor side of an outer wall 4 of a refrigeration and cold warehouse having an indoor temperature of 10°C or less, an inner layer foam 8b as the heat insulation material arranged in the innermost side comprises a phenol foam having limitation oxygen index of 28% or more, heat conductivity of 0.022 W/mK or less; an incombustible material layer 8c is laminated in advance on the indoor side surface of the inner layer foam; and a total thermal resistance value of the laminated heat insulation materials is 5.0 mK/W or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い断熱性と防火性を備えた断熱材であるフェノールフォーム及び該フェノールフォームを用いた層厚が薄く施工が簡易な断熱構造を提供する。【解決手段】室内温度が10℃以下となる冷凍冷蔵倉庫の外壁4の室内側に断熱材を複数枚積層する断熱構造であって、最も室内側に配置される前記断熱材である内層フォーム8bが制限酸素指数28%以上、熱伝導率0.022W/mK以下のフェノールフォームから構成され、かつ前記内層フォームの室内側表面に予め不燃性材料層8cが積層され、複数枚積層された前記断熱材の合計の熱抵抗値が5.0m2K/W以上である。【選択図】図1
