PRECAST CONCRETE COLUMN AND CONNECTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-proof precast concrete column capable of being easily installed.SOLUTION: A precast concrete column 1 is formed by connecting an upper column 3 with a taper part whose diameter gradually increases to lower direction and a concrete lower column 5 with a taper part 4 whose diameter gradually increases to lower direction through a joint steel pipe 6 in a state where an end face of the upper column and an end face of the lower column face to each other. The joint steel pipe 6 is integrally molded with the upper column 3 and has an integral molding part 11, which continues to an outer peripheral surface of the upper column 3, and a fitting part 12, which is fit to the taper part 4 of the lower column 5. As the joint steel pipe 6 is integrated with the upper column 3, water hardly enters a boundary part between the upper column 3 and the joint steel pipe 6, which prevents corrosion due to moisture. As only fitting the joint steel pipe 6 integrated with the upper column 3 to the lower column 5 allows the upper column 3 and the lower column 5 to be connected, the concrete column can be easily installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】容易に設置でき、腐食が生じにくい組立式コンクリート柱を提供する。【解決手段】組立式コンクリート柱1は、下方に向かって漸次径大のテーパ部を有するコンクリート製の上柱3と、下方に向かって漸次径大のテーパ部4を有するコンクリート製の下柱5とを、端面を対向させた状態で継手用鋼管6を介して接合する。継手用鋼管6は、上柱3に一体成型されて上柱3の外周面と連続した一体成型部11と、下柱5のテーパ部4に嵌着された嵌着部12とを有している。そして、継手用鋼管6が上柱3と一体化されているため、上柱3と継手用鋼管6との境界部分に水分が入り込みにくく、水分による腐食を防止できる。また、上柱3に一体化された継手用鋼管6を下柱5に嵌着するだけで上柱3と下柱5とを接合できるため、容易に設置できる。【選択図】図1
