TIGHTENING FORCE MEASUREMENT DEVICE OF PC STEEL ROD UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tightening force measurement device of PC steel rod unit capable of introducing a prestress of an appropriate magnitude by means of a tightly bundled PC steel rod unit.SOLUTION: The tightening force measurement device includes: a PC steel rod unit 10 which is constituted of including a hollow PC steel rod 11 which has an outer periphery surface formed with male threads thereon, a reaction core grid 12 inserted into the hollow PC steel rod, a core grid stopper 18 which is in contact with the front end of the hollow PC steel rod, a stop plate 13 for supporting the hollow PC steel rod, a locking nut 14 for positioning the stop plate, a cylindrical nut 15 screw-fitted on the PC steel rod; a push plate 16 disposed in the cylindrical nut, and a stopper plate 17 which can be driven to screw to be brought into contact with the push plate by rotating the cylindrical nut; a joint rod 24 which is inserted through the stopper plate for pushing the push plate; a movable pressure plate 25 for receiving the stop plate at the one end of a device base 20; a fixed pressure plate 21 which is fixed at the other end of the device base; and a compression test unit 22 that is attached to the fixed pressure plate to press the joint rod by means of movable element 23 and displays the pressure force and an extension.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 緊縮したPC鋼棒ユニットによって適切な大きさのプレストレスを導入できるようにしたPC鋼棒ユニットの緊縮力測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】 外周面に雄ねじが形成された中空PC鋼棒11、中空PC鋼棒内に差し込まれた反力芯金12、中空PC鋼棒の先端と当接される芯金ストッパー18、中空PC鋼棒を支持する止圧板13、止圧板を位置決めする弛止めナット14、PC鋼棒に螺合された筒状ナット15、筒状ナット内に設けられた押圧板16、筒状ナットの回転によって螺進されて押圧板と当接され得るストッパー板17から構成されるPC鋼棒ユニット10と、ストッパー板に挿通されて押圧板を押す継ぎロッド24と、装置ベース20一端側にて止圧板を受ける移動受圧板25と、装置ベースの他端側に固定された固定受圧板21と、固定受圧板に取付けられ可動子23によって継ぎロッドを加圧し加圧力及び伸びを表示する圧縮試験機22と、を備える。【選択図】 図1
