FASTENING STRUCTURE IMPARTING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a male screw to be imparted, without processing an irregular-shaped bar.SOLUTION: A fastening structure imparting device 31 includes two or more divided cylindrical bodies 32 of a semi-cylindrical shape surrounding an outer periphery of an irregular-shaped bar 21 to which a fastening structure is to be imparted. An inner peripheral surface 32a of the divided cylindrical body 32 is formed to have a larger diameter than a part of the irregular-shaped bar 21 with a longitudinal rib 22a and a transverse rib 22b. An engaging projection 36 is formed on the inner peripheral surface 32a of each of the divided cylindrical bodies 32, the engaging projection being narrower in width than an interval between the transverse ribs 22b and projecting inward. A series of male screws 36 is formed on an outer peripheral surface 32b of all the divided cylindrical bodies 32. The fastening structure imparting device also includes a cylindrical rotary cylinder 33 having a female screw 39 formed on an inner peripheral surface, to be screwed with the male screw 36. The divided cylindrical body 32 is positioned and fixed on the irregular-shaped bar 21, by rotating the rotary cylinder 33 on the divided cylindrical body 32 for relatively shifting the divided cylindrical body 32 in a lengthwise direction of the irregular-shaped bar 21, and pressing the engaging projection 36 against the transverse rib 22b of the irregular-shaped bar 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】異形棒鋼に対して加工を施さなくても、雄ねじを付与できるようにする。【解決手段】半円筒形状で締結構造付与対象たる異形棒鋼21の外周を囲繞する2個以上の円筒分割体32を備える。円筒分割体32の内周面32aは異形棒鋼21の縦リブ22aおよび横リブ22bを有する部分より大径に形成し、この内周面32aに、横リブ22b間の間隔よりも幅狭で内側に突出する1本の係止突条36を円筒分割体32ごとに形成する。すべての円筒分割体32の外周面32bには一連の雄ねじ36を形成する。そして、この雄ねじ36に螺合する雌ねじ39を内周面に有する筒状の回転筒体33を備えて、締結構造付与装置31を構成する。回転筒体33を円筒分割体32上で回転して円筒分割体32を異形棒鋼21の長手方向で相対移動させて、係止突条36を異形棒鋼21の横リブ22bに押し当てることで、円筒分割体32を異形棒鋼21上に位置固定する。【選択図】図4
