PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To systematically and automatically generate a topographical cross section view for supporting determination of a flooding risk.SOLUTION: A flood disaster analysis device 2 includes: storage means of storing a position of a bank breaking point at which a bank is broken to a river, and a property position designated as a determination object of flooding due to flooding flow caused by breaking of a bank; a cross section display unit 22 provided along the flooding flow, and with a route of the flooding flow flowing out from the bank breaking point and reaching the property position as a base line of a cross section view, configured to display a cross section view along the base line in a display device; and a cross section display unit 23 provided around a property, and with a line segment passing the property position and containing the periphery of the property position as a base line of a cross section view, configured to display a cross section view along the base line in the display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】浸水リスクの判断に資する地形断面図を体系的かつ自動的に生成すること。【解決手段】水害解析装置2は、河川に対して破堤する破堤点の位置と、破堤した氾濫流による浸水の判断対象として指定される物件位置とが記憶されている記憶手段と、前記破堤点から流出して前記物件位置に至る氾濫流の経路を断面図の基線とし、その基線に沿った断面図を表示装置に表示させる氾濫流に沿った断面表示部22と、前記物件位置を通過し、その前記物件位置の周辺を含む線分を断面図の基線とし、その基線に沿った断面図を前記表示装置に表示させる物件周辺の断面表示部23とを有する。【選択図】図1
