BLOW-UP PREVENTION STRUCTURE FOR SHUTTER CASE OF RIBBON WINDOW
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a blow-up prevention function at a portion with a central pillar 14 of a shutter case 3 for a ribbon window.SOLUTION: A rear edge of a support metal fitting 12 is fixed on an engaging metal fitting 11 fastened on a building frame K for engaging with brackets 4, 5 that are adjacent to each other. A straddling part 13b of a blow-up preventing body 13 having an inverted U-shape is fixed on a front edge of the support metal fitting 12, while bringing a leg part 13c of the blow-up preventing body 13 in contact with the brackets 4, 5. A folded part 13d formed by folding the leg part 13c is laminated with support pieces 4c, 5c formed on the bracket by folding, a bottom plate surface 3c of a shutter case 3, and a bottom surface 9c of a decorative edge, and the laminated part is integrally fixed, thus enhancing strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】連窓用シャッターケース3における中柱14部位の吹上防止機能を確保する。【解決手段】隣接するブラケット4、5を係止するべく躯体Kに固着される係止金具11に支持金具12の後端を固定し、該支持金具12の前端に、冂字形をした吹上防止体13の跨部13bを固定すると共に、吹上防止体13の脚部13cをブラケット4、5に当接する一方、脚部13cから折曲した折曲部13dを、ブラケットに折曲形成した支持片4c、5c、シャッターケース3の底板面部3c、化粧縁底面部9cと積層し、該積層部を一体に固定するようにして強度アップを図る。【選択図】図3
