PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary drive device for a sluice gate opening/closing apparatus, the auxiliary drive device being compact overall and low-priced, and using an electric tool (an electric screwdriver/electric drill) as a power source.SOLUTION: An auxiliary drive device includes: a gear box 23 fitted on a casing 16 of a sluice gate opening/closing apparatus 11 through support means 19, 19a, the sluice gate opening/closing apparatus being provided with a lifting mechanism 18; a first drive shaft 25 supported inside the gear box 23 by first shaft bearings 26, 27, and connected to a horizontal shaft 15 when used; a first gear 34 fitted on the first drive shaft 25; a second gear 47 connected directly or through an intermediary gear mechanism 54 to the first gear 34; and a second drive shaft 42 supported by second shaft bearings 40, 41 and rotatably supporting the second gear 47. Engaging means 46 of a rotation transmission device 45 is provided on the second drive shaft 42, the rotation transmission device being fitted on an electric tool 43 and having a polygonal cross-section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電動工具（「電動ドライバー／電動ドリル」をいう）を動力源として用いた、全体として小型で安価な水門開閉器の補助駆動装置を提供する。【解決手段】昇降機構１８が設けられた水門開閉器１１のケーシング１６に支持手段１９、１９ａを介して取付けられるギアボックス２３と、ギアボックス２３内にあって第１の軸受２６、２７によって支持され、使用にあっては水平軸１５に連結される第１の駆動軸２５と、第１の駆動軸２５に取付けられた第１のギア３４と、第１のギア３４に直接又は仲介ギア機構５４を介して連結された第２のギア４７と、第２の軸受４０、４１によって支持され、第２のギア４７を回転可能に支持する第２の駆動軸４２とを有し、第２の駆動軸４２には、電動工具４３に取付けられた断面多角形の回転伝達具４５の係合手段４６が設けられている。【選択図】図１
