METHOD OF MANUFACTURING JOINED BODY OF CERAMIC SUBSTRATE AND ALUMINUM PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a joined body of a ceramic substrate and an aluminum plate, in which manufacturing costs can be reduced while securing an excellent joint.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a joined body of a ceramic substrate 10 and aluminum plates 30, 40. Between the ceramic substrate 10 and the aluminum plates 30, 40, a double-sided solder cladding material 20 is interposed on which wax material layers 22, 23 containing magnesium (Mg) in an amount of 3.0 mass% or less are formed on both surfaces of a core material 21 made of an aluminum alloy as a joint member, and is heated to the joint temperature in a non-oxidizing atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
