CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING FRAMEWORK SUBSTRATE OF WALL SURFACE AND THE LIKE OF OPERATING ROOM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable metal square pipes to be orthogonally and firmly connected together even without being welded, and enable a framework substrate of an operating room and the like to be safely assembled in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A bracket 5 is pre-fixed to one crosspiece 2. In a metal square pipe 3 that is the other crosspiece, one side wall 3a is cut from a region near one opening 7 of the square pipe to the opening 7 so that the opening 7 can form an extended opening 10 extended to the side wall 3a. The bracket 5 is inserted from the extended opening 10 so that the square pipe 3 can be arranged in such a manner as to be orthogonal to the crosspiece 2. 【課題】溶接しなくても金属製角パイプが直交状に強固に連結され、安全にしかも短時間で手術室等の軸組下地が組み立てられるようにする。【解決手段】一方の桟材2に予め受金具5を固設し、他方の桟材である金属製角パイプ3は一側壁3aを該角パイプの一方の開口7に近い部位から該開口7に亘って切裁することで該開口7が該側壁3aまで拡張された拡張口10を形成し、該拡張口10から前記受金具5を挿入させることで該角パイプ3を桟材2に対し直交状に配設した後、該角パイプ3にビス12を貫挿する。【選択図】図4
