PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal sandwich panel for being used mainly as an external facing material for a building, which improves yield and workability by increasing its dimensional accuracy and which improves beauty of the building by making finish in construction proper.SOLUTION: In a metal sandwich panel P, a metal skin is used as a front-side material 1 and a back-side material 2, and an inorganic fiber material S is used as a core material 3. In the metal sandwich panel P, blocks B, which has a cut surface subjected to curling Sk of fibers in a constant direction by cutting the inorganic fiber material S serving as the core material 3, are properly combined together to be used as the core material 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】主に建築物の外装材として用いられる金属サンドイッチパネルにおいて、その寸法精度を向上させることで、歩留まりと施工性を向上させ、施工した際の仕上がりも良好とし、建物の美感を高めること。【解決手段】表面材１と裏面材２に金属製外皮を、芯材３として無機繊維材料Ｓを使用する金属サンドイッチパネルＰにおいて、芯材３となる無機繊維材料Ｓの裁断により裁断面に一定方向に繊維の癖ＳｋがついたブロックＢを、適宜組み合わせて芯材３とした金属サンドイッチパネルＰを提供する。【選択図】図１
