CHAIN LENGTH ADJUSTMENT METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain length adjustment metal fitting for adjusting an effective length of an installation chain used at a construction site.SOLUTION: On side plate parts 8a, 8b that are parallel to each other of a U-shaped body 4, open holes 12a, 12b having a larger diameter than a penetrating screw hole 10 are formed concentrically, and protrusions 11a, 11b are formed near a distal end of both side plate parts. A square columnar nut 5 is inserted into the body 4 from sideways, such that: both ends in an axial direction of the penetrating screw hole are adjacent to both side plate parts 8a, 8b of the body 4; and one of a pair of outer side surfaces 5a, 5b of the square columnar nut that are parallel to each other is adjacent to an inner side surface of a top plate part 7 of the body, while both ends of the other outer side surface 5b of the square columnar nut is adjacent to an inner side of the protrusions 11a, 11b. A bolt 1 is screwed into and penetrates through the penetrating screw hole 10 of the square columnar nut from one open hole 12a of the body, and protrudes from the other open hole 12b of the body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建設現場において使用される架設用チエンの有効長さを調節するためのチエン長さ調節金具を提供する。【解決手段】コの字形の本体4の互いに平行な両側板部8a,8bには、貫通ネジ孔10より大径の貫通孔12a,12bが互いに同心状に設けられると共に、両側板部の先端近傍内側面には突起部11a,11bが形成され、角柱型ナット5は、貫通ネジ孔軸心方向両端が、本体4の両側板部8a,8bに隣接すると共に、当該角柱型ナットの一組の互いに平行な外側面5a,5bの一方が本体の天板部7の内側面に隣接し、且つ角柱型ナットの他方の外側面5bの両端部が突起部11a,11bの内側に隣接するように、本体4に横から差し込まれ、ボルト1は、本体の一方の貫通孔12aから角柱型ナットの貫通ネジ孔10に螺合貫通すると共に本体の他方の貫通孔12bから突出する構成。【選択図】図1
