PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with health illumination which has health illumination capable of properly controlling biological rhythm of residents by radiating light obtained by properly controlling spectral distribution.SOLUTION: A building with health illumination includes a living space having: first illuminating means for radiating awaking light W whose irradiation illuminance in a region of wavelength of 380 nm or more and 500 nm or less becomes equal to or more than that in the region of wavelength of greater than 500 nm and 700 nm or less; and second illuminating means for radiating sedation light S whose irradiation illuminance in the region of wavelength of 600 nm or more and 700 nm or less becomes equal to or more than that in the region of wavelength of 380 nm or more and less than 600 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】分光分布を適切に制御した光を照射することで、居住者の生体リズムを適切にコントロールすることが可能な健康照明を有する、健康照明付き建物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の健康照明付き建物は、380nm以上500nm以下の波長領域の照射照度が、500nm超700nm以下の波長領域の照射照度以上となる覚醒用の光Wを照射する第一照明手段と、600nm以上700nm以下の波長領域の照射照度が、380nm以上600nm未満の波長領域の照射照度以上となる鎮静用の光Sを照射する第二照明手段と、を有する居室を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
