PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device capable of extremely safely moving a front wheel of a bicycle upward, while storing the bicycle in the so-called vertical directional attitude.SOLUTION: A bicycle parking device comprises: a front wheel support arm 14 arranged so as to be capable of pulling up upward by supporting a front wheel 2 of a bicycle; energization means for energizing the front wheel support arm 14 in the rising direction; rise checking lock means for locking so as to check rising of the front wheel support arm 14 and a rise check lock release means having a rise check releasing operation lever 36b and releasing a rise check lock of the rise check lock means. The rise check lock release means is constituted so that a lock is not released in a state of moving the rise check releasing operation lever 36b to a releasing position in a rise check lock state, and a rise check lock is released by moving the front wheel support arm 14 downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】自転車をいわゆる縦向き姿勢で格納することができながら、自転車の前輪などを極めて安全に上方に移動することができる駐輪装置を提供する。【解決手段】自転車の前輪２を支持して上方に引き上げ可能に配設された前輪支持アーム１４と、前輪支持アーム１４を上昇させる方向に付勢する付勢手段と、前輪支持アーム１４が上昇されることを阻止するようロックする上昇阻止ロック手段と、上昇阻止解除用操作レバー３６ｂを有し、前記上昇阻止ロック手段の上昇阻止ロックを解除する上昇阻止ロック解除手段と、が備えられ、前記上昇阻止ロック解除手段は、上昇阻止ロック状態で、上昇阻止解除用操作レバー３６ｂが解除用位置に移動された状態ではロック解除されず、さらに前輪支持アーム１４が下方に移動されることにより上昇阻止ロックが解除されるよう構成されている。【選択図】図１２
