LATH USED IN OUTER WALL VENTILATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lath used in an outer wall ventilation method that enables an out-of-plane rigidity to be enhanced in a balanced way almost without changing a wire diameter (of a wire material) and weight of a conventional product, by optimizing corrugation and wire material layout.SOLUTION: A lath 10 used in an outer wall ventilation method is made by lining a lath 4 comprising ribs 1, 2 and a wire material 3 (or 6) having a thinner diameter than the rib with waterproof paper 5. The rib comprises a lateral rib 1 arranged in a lateral direction leaving an interval in a longitudinal direction, and a longitudinal rib 2 arranged in the longitudinal direction leaving an interval in the lateral direction. The lateral rib 1 is joined with the waterproof paper 5. The longitudinal rib 2 is connected to the lateral rib 1 by forming a lifted part 2a between the lateral ribs 1, 1, and is not joined with the waterproof paper 5. The wire material 3 (or 6) is connected to the longitudinal rib 2, and not to the lateral rib 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】線径(線材)・重量を従来品とほとんど変えることなく、波付け加工や線材の配置を最適化することでバランスよく面外剛性を高めることができる外壁通気工法用ラスを提供する。【解決手段】力骨1、2と当該力骨よりも細径の線材3(又は6)とで構成したラス4に防水紙5を裏打ちしてなる外壁通気工法用ラス10である。前記力骨は、縦方向に間隔をあけて横向き方向へ配置された横力骨1と、横方向に間隔をあけて縦向き方向へ配置された縦力骨2とからなる。前記横力骨1は前記防水紙5と接合されている。前記縦力骨2は前記横力骨1、1同士の間に浮き上がり部2aを形成して当該横力骨1と接合され、防水紙5とは接合されていない。前記線材3(又は6)は、縦力骨2と接合され、横力骨1とは接合されていない。【選択図】図2
