WARPAGE PREVENTION STRUCTURE FOR WOODEN DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent warpage of a wooden material formed of plural base members and moisture-proof layers sandwiched therebetween, with a smaller number of moisture-proof layers.SOLUTION: In a wooden door 100 having a frame assembly structure formed by assembling frame members and panel members, the frame member 10 is formed by laminating three frame base members 11, 12, 13 while sandwiching therebetween moisture-proof layers 1, 1. Further, when divided into a plurality of block layers in the thickness direction with the moisture-proof layers 1, 1 as boundaries, the frame member 10 is formed such that the thickness of the inner block layer becomes thicker than the thickness of the outer block layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】複数の基材の間に防湿層を挟んだ木質材において、より少ない防湿層で効果的に反りを防止する。【解決手段】框材と鏡板材を組み付けてなる框組構造の木質建具100において、3枚の框基材11,12,13が防湿層1,1を挟んで積層されてなる框材10を用いるとともに、框材10を防湿層1,1を境界として厚さ方向の複数のブロック層に区分したときに、外側のブロック層の厚さよりも内側のブロック層の厚さの方が厚くなるように形成する。【選択図】図2
